This past week, our Tulsa Division organized field visits, bringing together a group of Field Engineers, Senior Field Engineers, Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers. The purpose? To explore four of our current project sites, gain insights from the project teams, and capture valuable lessons learned from each job.

Conversations centered around project details, strategies for overcoming obstacles, and the importance of aligning each role to keep projects moving forward.
