Planting Roots and Watching them Grow in OKC

With a steady influx of projects coming in from OKC, we knew it was time to plant some roots in the city and bring on a local workforce. Our OKC Division is tackling some major projects such as road construction, water & wastewater treatment, pump & lift stations, and even improving parks, trails, & recreation. We’ve already made a splash with projects like Lake Hefner WTP Expansion (started in 2011), Hefner WTP Sludge Handling Facilities (started in 2016) and paved the way on the Covell Road project – and we’re just getting started. We’re excited to help build and improve the OKC and surrounding areas.

Meet The Leadership

Justin Lillie

Oklahoma City Division Manager

Meet Justin, a true Oklahoma native, and a true success story. Starting his career as a Field Engineer at Crossland Heavy, he worked his way up the ranks to become our OKC Division Manager. For the past six years, he’s been at the wheel of the OKC division and has built it from the ground up. His team won the largest job in company history this year – talk about a win!

Justin’s love for Oklahoma runs deep. Growing up in Stillwater, he always dreamed of moving to the Edmond area and has called it home for six years. When he’s not working hard and building up his division you can find him out on the water, fishing. He’s quite the angler and has won his fair share of competitions. But his favorite thing to do is watch his kids in their activities. He never misses a chance to cheer them on.
